The staff is friendly to me when I visit and my grandmother does not complain about them when I talk to her. The nurses are usually cheerful and give her medication on time. The nursing assistants are gentle when handling my grandmother and take good care of her.

The only thing she really complains about is the food. They allow me to bring my grandmother food whenever I visit though. They also have an activity program which my grandmother enjoys. Every day they either play a game, such as bingo, or take them on trips.
